- Answer queries, provide accurate information, and build trust with prospects.-
- Identify customer needs, arrange conference calls and schedule fixed meetings.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team and support in deal closures.
- Maintain updated and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Work towards achieving monthly KRAs (Calls, Meetings, Revenue).
- Submit timely reports on activities and results.
