We are now looking for Management Trainees who are hungry to learn the business of global telecom trading — a world that blends analytics, negotiation, and international relationships. What You’ll Do Build daily communication with partners around the world (operators, aggregators, resellers). Understand how SMS routes, pricing, and margins work in a live global trading environment. Identify opportunities to buy and sell routes profitably. Negotiate rates and build long-term relationships with counterparts. Track route performance, analyze traffic data, and support the trading desk in decision-making. Work closely with internal operations and technical teams to ensure quality delivery. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or International Business; strong numerical aptitude Build communication with global partners, understand SMS routes and pricing, negotiate rates, analyze traffic data 6-month structured learning program with mentoring and fast-track growth path for top performers.
