Job Description:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers across key industries such as retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, and automotive.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Understand client needs and propose customized logistics solutions (freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, etc.).
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals.
Market Analysis & Pricing:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies. Role & responsibilities.
Experience in business development and client relationship management in logistics
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and develop sales strategies.
