Job Description:
Innoease Solutions LLP is hiring a proactive Business Development Executive for international sales (Remote, India). Drive outreach on Upwork, Freelancer and LinkedIn, run targeted email campaigns, book POCs/demos and coordinate with delivery for handover.
Develop and execute international sales strategies to acquire new clients and drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities through online lead generation (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email), build client relationships, and close deals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform targeting and messaging.
Identify relevant projects, submit tailored bids, and initiate qualification conversations.
Create brochures, emails, and landing page copy using Canva and other tools.
Run targeted email campaigns, follow up with leads, and maintain outreach sequences.
Generate 10-15 qualified leads per month and schedule 5+ demos/meetings.
Conduct pre-sales activities, schedule demo meetings, and qualify prospects.
Coordinate technical handovers to the delivery team after deal closure and support smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update the lead tracker; deliver weekly progress reports to the Director Sales & Delivery.
Participate in weekly syncs with marketing and technical teams; complete initial training on offerings and Dynamics CRM.
