Floor Management: Manage rosters & floor schedules to ensure maximum energy and output. Handle attendance, leaves, and team discipline. Coaching & Quality: Give continuous feedback & progress updates to help your team level up. Keep a close eye on call quality—because every customer deserves the best pitch. Training & Huddles: Conduct pre-shift huddles to energize the floor and set the tone for the day. Retrain advisors when needed. Strategy & Reporting: Allocate telecalling lists strategically to maximize conversions. Maintain and analyze sales/account reports like a pro. Team Building: Interview, screen, and build your dream team. Run performance reviews that actually inspire improvement. Market Insight: Keep an eye on competitors—schemes, performance, and strategies.
