Strategy & Reporting: Allocate telecalling lists strategically to maximize conversions. Maintain and analyze sales/account reports like a pro.
Team Building: Interview, screen, and build your dream team. Run performance reviews that actually inspire improvement.
Market Insight: Keep an eye on competitors—schemes, performance, and strategies.
