Engage with small office home office (SOHO) owners/decision makers, sole traders, etc & be a voice of authority whilst engaging to ensure you display very suave skills in attention, interest, desire, action & closing skills. Ensure appointments are generated or, are valid per the criterion set forth by management. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. Upkeep data in compliance with internal rules and policies via our secured CRM, consistent ratification and productivity review of the same. Upkeep company ethos, disciplinary standards, and rules as set forth in the company manual. Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and appointments generated.
