Job Description:
Drive strategy and execution across paid social and digital channels to support JumpCloud s commercial and sales-led growth motion
Support the development of multi-touch, full-funnel campaigns targeting midmarket and enterprise buyers, aligned to complex sales cycles
Manage outbound campaign activation using platforms like LinkedIn, 6sense, and other intent-based tools to engage named accounts and buying committees
Partner with demand generation, integrated campaigns, and SDR teams to align paid media efforts with campaign and revenue objectives
Provide input and recommendations on budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative strategy to improve performance and scale
Translate business goals into channel-level media plans, KPIs, and testing roadmaps
Work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are localized and relevant across key markets
Analyze and communicate campaign performance, identifying insights and optimizations to inform future strategy
Help establish internal processes, testing frameworks, and documentation for repeatable, scalable execution
Support the growth of junior team members by sharing strategic guidance, campaign insights, and best practices
