Job Description:
Collaborate with marketing teammates across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROI
Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insights
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features
For more experienced candidates, help shape scaling strategy and support peer development
What we re looking for
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale
Metrics-driven, analytical and team-player, able to communicate insights clearly
Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
Familiarity with landing page tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation a bonus
