Loan Disbursement Dispatch of files and other documents to storage location within stipulated TAT Closure of concurrent and Internal audit observations AOD, EC and PDD updation Complaints Request resolution within TAT Liaison with stakeholders - Business / Underwriting / Collections / Branches / Insurance Channel Partners
