Develop and execute business strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency within the SME sector. Manage and grow relationships with key SME clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and aligning bank services with their business goals. Lead EEG initiatives that contribute to market leadership and innovation in SME banking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized financial solutions that address client-specific challenges. Monitor financial market trends to identify opportunities for new client engagement and services expansion. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Analyze and report on business performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
