Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Essential for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and take initiative: Field Recruiters often work autonomously and need to be proactive.
