Job Description:

Driving Retention activity in the region, drive team to achieve the set targets. Work with branch operations team to achieve set KPIs. Co-ordination with all departments. Sales support in terms of leads generation, retention, NB and ARF related work. Training of CEs. Adherence to TAT- Customer service, New business, ARF. Accuracy and consistency in KPIs.-Customer service, New business, ARF Customer retention (Surrender retention). Audit scores, Branch Audit, BCMS and BPMS Lead generation for new business. Renewals, 13th Month Persistency. ECS and Bank account collection.
